Commandos on NT4

Why Commandos runs so fast on NT4? It's impossible to play. Any ideas?.

Why Commandos runs so fast on NT4? It's impossible to play. Any ideas?

My computer is completely wrecked

PX-W1210TA + DMA + Win2k + nForce2 -> 1x reading/writing

im pretty sure it has no speed limit... like a lot of old games that ran normal speed on an average computer. I'm pretty sure there's a way to limit the speed... but I haven't done it for a while.
