X-bit labs has posted an article called NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti500 and Ti200 Based Graphics Cards Extreme Overclocking.

We investigated the ways of modifying GeForce3 Titanium graphics cards in order to get the highest performance possible. We modified GeForce3 Ti500/Ti200 based graphics cards, the reference ones as well as those featuring different PCB layouts, and carried out some extreme overclocking experiments. Overclocking a Ti200 piece by over 50%, this is something you should look at!
