I just got up and running on Vista x64 not too long ago and was worried that since I do all my banking in Quicken 2005, I would have to go buy a new version of Quicken. This is not the case!

If you insert the CD and allow it to auto-run, you will receive a message "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running...." yada yada yada. DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE!

On the install CD there is a folder named DISK1. In that folder, run the Setup.exe and the app will install perfectly. Upon first run allow it to update itself.

It works perfectly!
