Microsoft has released an update to fix an issue with Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP Service Pack 2

"Install this update to resolve an issue where files fail to download when using Internet Explorer 7 on a system running Windows XP Service Pack 2. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer."
