I have had a problem with the sound on this motherboard from the day I bought it. In the end could not find any drivers to fix it.I bought a sound card to fix the problem. I did some research and read on another site that the sound on these boards are bad.I have windows 7 32 bit installed now and it is running great.

Can't get sound working in 64-bit. I've downloaded a ton of different (vista) drivers and all say "driver files do not support your computer hardware". Had a similar issue under XP, fixed by doing manual install - doesn't work with Win7 though :(
Also my onboard NIC #2 stops working after starting up. Have to disable/enable via Device Manager and then it works fine.

Don't work "sleep" and "hibernate" correctly. Computer going to sleep and waked up immidiately. Additional devices on motherborad: SB Live 24! bit.

If I install uTorrent, the NIC driver drops and since there isn't one specifically for 7 (x64) yet and the Vista one doesn't work, I don't know how to get that to work. Had the same problem in XP as well, but there's a driver disk so I used that to fix it.

I seem to have problems with my onboard audio. it was working fine for a few days but now i get only static when a sound is supposed to be playing. im guessing the c-media cm605 drivers are not compatable to windows 7.
