Call Of Duty 2
Submitted by Anonymous on 2007-02-24 22:40:25 This product has a rating of 3 out of 5 running under Windows Vista 64 Bit (x86_64) Comments: Installed Call of Duty 2 on Vista Ultimate 64. Using BFG GeForce 8800GTS. Did get major display issues as previously described (grey blank screen). Turning antialiasing to 2x resolves this. Could then put everything else up to maximum. Issue I have had is with punkbuster. Was not updating itself so had to do a manual update. Then when running the game I get kicked out because of "Inadequate O/S Privaledges". Tried running as Administrator and in XP SP2 Environment but still get the same problem. In reference to point about regarding taking a long time to load the game. I gave the Users group Modify Rights to the Activision folder (and cascaded the permissions). Game now opens instantly. Hope that helps some people and that they could help me :o) |
