Dungeon Keeper Gold
Submitted by Anonymous on 2004-02-01 12:00:00 This product has a rating of 5 out of 5 running under Windows 2000 Comments: On most systems the Gold Edition doesn't work at all, even on some Windows 95 machines. On my last W2000 PC it was the same. On my newly installed W2000 SP4 PC it suddenly works fine for reasons I don't know - implementing compatibility (SLAYERUI.DLL) doesn't make any difference. I run the Windows version (you have to go directly into the proper language directory i.e. D:\Keeper\WinSetup\English\SETUP.EXE. Autorun and menu based language selection doesn't work. DOS Version doesn't work either (and there wouldn't be sound anyway). My PC: A7V600 (VIA 4.51), 512MB, 2600+, GF3 Ti500 (53.03), SB Audigy, DX9.0b |
