This is certainly good news for any interested developer that has yet to register for the Dev Center, although we do have to wonder how all those folks who paid the previous $99 price feel right about now.Microsoft permanently lowers annual Windows Phone Dev Center fee to $19
Microsoft recently launched the Windows Phone App Studio, which allows anyone to make simple Windows Phone 8 apps via a web-based interface. Combined with the new permanent $19 Dev Center price, that should fuel the fire for a host of new Windows Phone 8 apps to become available soon.
