AHHHHHG!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just got a really old command and conquer thingy for a buck and I have had soo many problems installing and getting it to work. first, I am using a very old windows 95 plus with about 550 mbs left and 16 mb RAM.

I've got short lines all over the screen and resolutin is stuck on 600x480 4 bit/can't change it. New card/reinstalled 3 times/ same results. Reinstalled my Radeon X800se every time, runs fine. Looked for AGP updates/KN8 Triton MB didn't find any.

PC game - Betrayal in Antara constantly hangs.

Question

The game constantly hangs at certain points, and is perfectly reproducalbe each time. For example, if i attempt to enter the shop in the town of Teal, game freezes. The only thing i can do at that point is to do a manual restart of the comp.

My computer was running fine Thursday morning. That evening I went to reboot it and it took a long time to reboot and when it did it hit the login password I have and that worked fine. Then when the desktop picture came up there were no icons.
