You will need the "Windows Compatibility Toolkit". Within the "WCT" you will have to create an entry for the apache95 executable. I really have not much of a clue when it comes to how the WCT works or it's various options so I basically created a shortcut in WCT for Apache with all the emulation options enabled.
The game works perfectly under windows 2000.

Installed and worked just fine. I will be installing an old Voodoo 2 video card and attempt the 3dfx2 version of this game soon. I did attempt the glide wrapper I use for Jane's Longbow 2 ( http://www.zeckensack.de/glide/) but it only displays the cockpit and everything outside the cockpit is green. Reacts pretty much the same as Hind95 with 3dfx2 patch installed.
