1) Works fine in ACPI mode. When installing Windows 2000, at the very beginning, when you are prompted to press F6, press F5 andchoose ACPI computer. Hibernation and Standby also work fine, if no driver is preventing it.
Be sure to have the latest BIOS (currently 1010 beta 2).

If your system is unstable be sure to have these chipset settings in the BIOS:
- Frame buffer posted writing DISABLED
- AGP Turbo mode DISABLED
- Passive release DISABLED
- K6 Write allocate DISABLED
2) To reaching some stability to pass from NT 4.0 to Win2000 I have also :
- Replaced my previous 3 DIMM RAM modules (32Mb 32Mb 64Mb) with a single bigger DIMM (128Mb)
- Regulated the power supplier voltage to 5.10 Volt (previously it was lower) Inside almost all switching power suppliers (computers power suppliers are switching type) there are a trimmer regulator to do so. WARNING: you must do making this operation from expert one, because inside all switching power suppliers you will find HIGH AND DANGEROUS TENSION!!!
