Does not work under Windows Server 2003. Tried EVERYTHING! Don't even bother! I got an ASUS V9520 Video Suite FX5200 to work in my other Windows 2003 Server Running Enterprises Edition

it works, only you need to extract the drivers by running the installer, and choose to extract to a different folder like say a ati folder on the desktop, then you need to go to device manager and choose the video card, and choose update driver, then choose install from a list or specific location, then choose don't search i will choose the driver to install, then click on the have disk button and browse to where you extracted the ati install files, look in that folder for a folder called 2KXP_INF, and go in that folder, then click open, and then click next to install the drivers, you can install the control panel like you normally do.
