Install the game... don not use the shortcut on the desktop... make a shortcut to the cd Barbie.exe and then copy the icon OFF the cd and past into the directory you installed.. and with the shortcut YOU made... browse for the icon you copyied and apply.. delete the installed one... test perfect.
