It
installs and functions as a regular DVD-ROM drive, even to the
point of playing movies, but cannot write to DVD-RAM media.
Apparently we're going to have to shell out $80 for the WriteDVD!
software for Windows 2000. The FormatUDF! software which comes
with the drive installs properly but has no effect, though it *may*
make DVD-RAM media readable.
