nForce_4.34a_WinXP64_international.exe from Manufacturer CD-ROM.
Driver installation is painless, Just clicking OK/Continue Anyway few times made it.
I had a system crash with DOWNLOADED driver, on IDE Serial ATA v2.5 phase, but even DOWNLOADED version of nForce driver worked just fine. But use the driver that on CD-ROM with MotherBoard.
