Run the installer, ok everything. It picks all the WRONG things for volume controller settings (under options) just do it manually:
For me (SB64 Gold) Radio input is Line-IN, Recording source is Line-IN (don't hook radio to mic jack, that has a amp which adds noise to devices that aren't supposed to be powered) and playback is Wave. For other soundcards playback might be Directsound or something like that. (I know it is for Live under W2k and latest drivers) None of the radio app's volume knobs work, though you can just go into W2k Volume control panel and set it manually. After all this wrangling, it does work fine though. The radio is sensitive to noise because its grounded through the usb, just keep it at least a foot away from monitors and computer fans and it sounds great. When you start up the application every time, it gives a strange error 'Value must be between 1 and 2############' (Really big number) but hit ok and its fine.
