Does not work out of box, need to use Compatability Mode to not crash. Only functional patch is DirectShow, and that is not functional: starting a room shows the resurrection video, dying in a room teleports you to another room. I wasn't able to get it to work under Windows98, either. They sure knew how to ruin a perfectly good license.
