As stated by the previous post, Vista doesn't 'like' the DTE Elite Launcher program...but by following the compatibility instructions provided by the previous poster...everything now works fine. Kudos to Microsoft for having the foresight to have a truly functional 'compatibility' control for end-users to leverage.
Impressive.
Thanks!

Upon placing USB drive into computer it would attempt to launch the DTE Launcher which is needed to access the device. The Launcher will not run.
1- Explored device
2- Right clicked on DTE Launcher -> Properties -> Compatibility Tab
3- Choose Windows XP SP2
4- Choose to run as Administrator
Upon doing this I was able to run the DTE Launcher and was able to access the device.
( now using it for readyboost... ;) )
