I ran this game with an Ahtlon 3800, 2 gigs memory, ATI radeon 800 pro Sound Blaster Audigy LE, SCUMMVM newest version. The game worked and played flawlessly. DosBox is not as easy or customizable like ScummVm. I used antialiasing in the game from Scumm and it made everything look much more clear!

Some people could not get Full Throttle to work with VDM Sound. But with the right configuration it works wirh perfekt sound and music.
Using VDMSound 2.0.4 with Launchpad:
The only thing that is very important to get a clear sound is to set in the Soundblaster tab:
DSP Ver-> (1.05 Soundblaster 1.x).
The same goes for the soundsetup inside Full Throttle.
And don`t enable Vesa Support! It will slow down the Game, especially for the most Lucasarts games.

Needs SoundFX and at least 8 megs of DPMI memory in the memory tab of .pif properties. The sound is a little sluggish, still, but it's definitely playable. Couldn't get it to work with VDM Sound, the sound was distorted and generally bad.
