Works under Vista 64 using XP64 drivers 4.80.12.0 , but causes a blue screen of death on every restart. No other drivers available or work for 64 bit Vista that I can fin.
A special driver version - 4.77.8.3 is available for Vista 32 on windows update or via windows update catalog website (not Intel site) - unfortunately this driver is not recognized under 64 bit Vista.

For some strange reason, this modem need to be recognised by the mobo. in using IRQ3, config your BIOS to allocate the PCI slot of this modem to occupy IRQ3 manually; otherwise you have many troubles.
