Received the follow messages:
1) Used Win98 drivers in Win98 directory on CD. Bundled software will not install on NT systems, but other webcam software (e.g. Netmeeting, Palchat) work fine. Intel will not officially support Win2k, so use at your own risk.
2) Intel has released a beta driver for Win2k. It works very nicely.
