Perhaps I got a different CD with mine, I got the driver and MusicMatch installed, it didn't work right, but then I upgraded to MusicMatch 10, ran the software then plugged in the player to PC and turned it on, Music Match found the device and offered to download an updated plugin, after the plugin installed it worked just fine with the JAMP3 player.

I couldn't get this to work with any of the players, but I found an interesting little trick.Install the player using the regular drivers. When it is plugged in, your computer with see it as a "Removable Disk"... simply copy and delete songs to/from it like you would from a folder on your hard drive.
