When I click the installer under any compatibility setting, it "loads" (An hourglass appears next to my cursor) and a process called bitsetup.exe appears. It doesn't do anything after that.

Installs OK (be sure to use version 1.1). Runs best in compatibility mode: right click the executable BIT95.exe in the installed directory, choose "Properties". On the Compatibility tab choose "Windows 95", and check 640x480 resolution.
