Works fine for me. You must only set Windows XP Compatiblilty (Properties->Compatibility Tab) for all EXE files in "Program Files\Logitech\iTouch" folder.

Keyboard drivers. iTouch software closes itself right after starting it, Logitech so far didn't respond whether they'd do drivers fow Windows Server 2003.
