Great Turbo Grafx 16 and PC
Engine emulator. Works great under 2000 with CD support even. Some of
the sounds were somewhat "overdriven" sounding, but this is
probably a buffering issue. Several emulators I have used that use
direct sound seem to need a larger sound buffer setting under 2k than
9x.
