It's built on Quake III engine which works over OpenGL. Everything that uses OpenGL can be run in Windows NT4.

Works fine like any other game which uses OpenGL only (Video card with Multitexturing capability is required).There is a little uncomfortability: game responds to mouse not so smooth like in Windows 2000 and with a little but noticeable delay.
