The game is protected by the Starforce DRM, which is not compatible with Windows Vista.
In order to get the game to run the Starforce driver update must be installed: http://www.star-force.com/support/sfdrvup.zip
On first run, make sure King Kong is run as an administrator. Once the Starforce authentication has completed, this step is no longer necessary for future runs.
