With the new 5.13 drivers the problem with the lost settings is obsolete.

Works Ok with win2k drivers from www.prolink.com.tw
NB for pal users for some reason it defaults to ntsc output even when you select pal tuner, go to video settings, display and select pal - viola a picture.
