You can use the software with windows XP. just go to "Start" then "Accessories" then "Program Compatibility Wizard". Follow the instruction and your software will work.

I have this software, but since I've just bought a new Windows XP Media Edition computer, I have not been able to use this software to download pictures from my old Polaroid PDC640 Digital Camera with the PhotoMax software. Received message that software is incompatible.
