I installed version 2.0 retail off CD then patched
it using Cyberlinks 1.5,1.6 to 2.55 patch. It was just a shot in the dark but
after installing the patch I now have full DVD under Windows 2000. So install
ver 2.0 then apply the patch from the URL listed above and everything should
work great. Update - Just finished the Matrix without any Lockups or problems.
