Received the follow messages:
1) Runs even faster then 98(at least in my case). The only problem is it's too dark with GeForce(detonator 3.78). To fix that, type
the following commands in the Q3 console, seta r_ignorehwgamma "1" seta r_overbrightbits "0" seta r_intensity "1.6" And it looks much better! ps. change r_intensity to whatever that suits you.
2) After installing SP2 for 2000 Quake 3 now locks up after a few minutes of playing. No amount of tweaking seems to fix it. Falcon Talon Athlon Classic 650 Gigabyte 7IX 256MB RAM
