When ever i try to install it says: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsof t Windows applications.

Rename CovertOperations.exe to RougeSpear.exe and apply the 2.05 patch for Rogue Spear to it. Just click OK to all of the warnings/errors, and close the DOS window that it opens. It will update EAX and patch the exe. Rename the file back to CovertOperations.exe and run the game...
