Amazingly, it runs for me in 1680 x 1050. Some minor display problems, typically in the game menus, but that's not surprising considering its age. Thanks for the help with the patch!

Only problem I have is that I can't get a resolution higher than 848x480 or something like that.

All you need is req_1_2.exe and rqd3d13.exe
Install the 1.2 patch first, then install the 1.3 patch.
If the 1.3 patch refuses to install (it says "neither command line parameter is a..."), just rename your Requiem directory to D3d. The 1.3 patch should install just fine. Rename it back to Requiem to play the game. Incredibly stupid, yes, but it works.
