The program is A-1 no doubt, but for those of us who run Boinc client(Seti) it can cause havoc by erasing an entire work-unit if the program is powered down and a reboot done. If its on during a download then it has to stay on until that work-unit is complete. Is there a possibility of developing a workaround specific to astronomy related software? To temp disable the program for no data loss would be grouse!
