Using a Hercules 3D Prophet DDR GeForce and Nvidia Refrence 5.17 Drivers the game worked very well. However you have to play around with the display options a lot or the game will flicker. I found using 800x600x32 worked the best with Quality as the detail selection. Otherwise everything worked great.
