Run setup in 98 compatibility mode to avoid dll error. Apply patch. Set program shortcut to run in 98 compatibility mode. Game runs fine including all videos. System: Shuttle AK31a, AthlonXP 1500, Radeon 64 DDR ViVo

Just thought I'd let you know
that it will install under Windows 2000 build 2195 for me, although it
immediately crashes after you start it. However, if you get the patch (available
at www.firaxis.com) for it (its not an NT patch, just a game update) it
will run under 2000, but you will have no sound or movies.
