The video driver will not work. I can't seem to find the correct driver to install. I'm only getting 16bit color at 800x600 res.

Windows 2000 Professional will install, and all the drivers on the URL will work fine with it. Just note that Notebook Setup will not be functional, and the included Media Bar will not work because "a Sony computer" is not detected by the software. However, there are ways to get around it with some registry editing.
