The game work fine with the vdmsound and the latest audioblast driver disponible in my web page http://madtrekker.multimania.com/soft/sb16drv.exe put the driver into the directory of the game and run the patch ( overwrite the last driver ) and set the game to Roland mt32 for the music and soundblaster for audio/voice
