I get in to the fleet setup screen. Once I setup the fleet I hit launch fleet and I get a blue error and the computer restarts.

It would not even start under W2k SP2. W98 etc is said to be fine. FAQ has something about not being able to switch down the resolution, but it does not work even on 640x480 desktop.
