Tested w/RC3. Drive reads
fine. The version of Adaptec EZ CD Creator bundled with the drive would
not load, had to end task. DOES work using latest patch available from
Adaptec at http://www.adaptec.com/support/upgrade/ecdc.html.
Direct CD (CD Rewriteable) is flaky at best. Reads previously written
CDRW discs ok. For example W2k will let you create a new directory on a
disc, but if you try to rename it, you get an error that the disc is
read-only. There is a new version of Direct CD that I have NOT tried yet,
