If you have a SCSI-CDROM on the controller,
than try the following:
By starting your PC, insert a CD in the
drive.Win2000 reads the whole time on the CDROM, but when you execute date
on the inserted CD, the reading stops, and you can work with it.
I don't know if it works with harddrives
connected to the controller, I only have a TEAC CDR55S on it.
