The Operational Art of War: Century of Warfare
Works fine (under XP Pro SP1). I tested it with the v1.04 patch applied, I didn't test it without the patch. There was an error message when it exited caused by a small program it loads to display an advert, if you want to avoid the error (and see the advert) set the properties of "ad.exe" to Windows 98 Compatibility mode.
