drivers available at http://support.intel.com/support/videocapture/isvr3/SVR3_14.HTM
under NT 4.0. I tried this driver in Win2k RC1 and it didn't work, but
hopefully another BT848 driver will be compatable since STB is so
behind. At least a NT4 workaround exists for now.

avermedia's brooktree drivers for win2000 partially work with the TV PCI...
i can get the card to work in 160x120 and 320x240 with and without
overlay, but not in 640x480. (highest resolution the card supports) Only
bug using this driver is that it seems to lock up device manager if you
go to its resources tab. Otherwise it works well enough. Hopefully a
more compatable driver will be found for this card, since STB seems to
have no interest.
