V is a combination file viewer and directory browser for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT/2000. V is an invaluable utility for anybody who spends much time navigating directories and viewing files. For those who prefer to work in DOS Boxes, V provides a fast and convenient way of viewing files - just type V Filename and the file is right in front of you. There is no need to switch to Explorer and certainly no need to fumble with a File Open Dialog Box
