Has Win2K drivers on the CD. I didn't install the extra software but the paperport software works fine. You have to install the paperport software first and restart your computer. When the computer is restarting, connect the scanner USB port and the power. Windows 2000 will finish installing the drivers. You MUST restart your computer again after configuring the scanner in order for it to work properly.
