Received the follow messages:
1) Autorun did not seem to work but you can go through explorer and install directly from setup off the disk. Installed fine and plays fine so far with hardware acceleration on my Athlon 700 with GeForce2.
2) Refuses to run. Documentation specifies thatthe game will NOT run under NT/2000, due to an incompatibility with the game's AVI player.
3) Can manually run setup, installs fine. CANT click on key buildings in cities like the Town Hall - without this you won't be able to finish the game! Hopefully a patch will be released.
4) You can get it to work with a little tweaking: I loaded townmsk1.avi in the townavi directory into VirtualDub and saved it with 'Save as old-format AVI'. The result was a 32MB large file, which I renamed to townmsk1.avi and started W&W. I was able to enter the Town Hall and leave the city via the eastern gate.
