Download Internet Configuration Manager (ICM) 3.24 from ftp://ftp.europe.zyxel.com/public/software/zyicm/3.24/zyicm324.us.zip
The hardware INF are inside the zyicm324.us.zip use them. You need setup modem manuel thru Hyper Terminal. The configuration tool (ICM) for setting up ZyXEL ISDN didn't work.
