Hi Everybody,

I've been using MSN messenger 7.5 and it's been working fine. I really liked it.

Then one day a message popped up and said I had to install the new version in order to continue so I did. But the new version didn't work, I got the 0cx0000005 error message all the time.
I've installed my old one again but it doesn't let me to sign in without installing the new version.

It's a hell of a circle.

I'm so upset and I don't know what to do.

I love this messenger and I wanna keep using it either the old or the new one.

Please somebody help me.

When you are saying the "0xC0000005 error message," are you talking about a blue screen or a regular error message?

Regardless of the answer, what else does the error say? More details will help us out more.
