16 bit applications

This is a discussion about 16 bit applications in the Windows Software category; When I try to run certain applications,such as VIA 4 in 1 4. 29 among others, the following message appears: Can't run 16 bit application. . . What's the problem? How can I run them?.

Try running them through Start, Run, Cmd or Command.
