16 bit Apps / Zip Exe

This is a discussion about 16 bit Apps / Zip Exe in the Windows Software category; Hi Guys, I have noticed something very strange. . When I try to execute a 16 bit EXE or a ZIP in EXE form, the application stops responding for sometime. Then an error appears as shown below. . Any ideas? ARC.

Hi Guys,

I have noticed something very strange..
